Sr. Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer with at least 6 years’ experience.

In this role you will lead and provide architectural guidance for the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and efficient backend services using Go lang. Ensure that industry best practices and standards are followed.

Lead the development of responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React, Redux, and modern front-end libraries and frameworks.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.

Collaborate closely with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing services such as GKE.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security by leveraging GCP's capabilities and services.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns
• Experience in designing scalable and distributed systems
• Proficiency in designing APIs and microservices
• Ability to analyze and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices for building maintainable and modular code
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture principles and technologies
• Experience in designing and implementing data models and database schemas
• Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks based on project requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex architectural challenges
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members.
