Your Role as CTO and Co-Founder

• Shape the Vision: Collaborate with the Founder to refine and execute Homey’s strategic vision, particularly focusing on the technological roadmap.

• Lead Tech Development: Architect and develop Homey’s platform from the ground up, incorporating innovative technologies like AI, machine learning, AR, and 3D modeling to enhance user experience.

• Build the Tech Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team of developers, engineers, and designers as we grow.

• Drive Innovation: Identify and implement the latest tech trends to position us as a market leader in interior design solutions.

• Ensure Scalability: Design a platform that scales seamlessly, ensuring reliability and high performance for users

• Be a Co-Founder: Participate in fundraising, pitch meetings, and overall business strategy to grow into a global brand.
