Product Manager, Cyber Controller

Radware's Cyber Controller is a centralized management system designed to oversee DefensePro devices across a network. It provides network administrators with a unified platform for setting and managing security policies, streamlining the configuration and maintenance of multiple DefensePro units. The system allows for consistent policy deployment and simplifies the scaling of network defenses as organizational needs evolve. Its interface delivers insights into network activities, offering tools for detailed security event analysis and performance evaluation.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the team and help us build the future of the cyber controller.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration and Management: Oversee the configuration and management of DefensePro and ADC devices, ensuring security policies are consistently applied across all network segments via the Cyber Controller.
• Cloud Integrations Strategy: Lead the transition of Radware's Cyber Controller to a cloud environment, coordinating with technical teams to integrate it with Radware’s cloud DDoS solutions, improving scalability and security.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize the Cyber Controller’s dashboard to continuously monitor network activities and security events, analyzing data to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Incident Response Coordination: Act swiftly during security incidents by coordinating response strategies and leveraging the Cyber Controller and ADC to adjust security measures and mitigate threats.
• Policy Development and Implementation: Regularly develop, review, and refine security policies to adapt to new security challenges and ensure robust network protection.
• Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and development teams to guide the product development process from concept to launch. Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to gather feedback and understand their security needs and challenges. Use this insight to tailor product features and ensure the product effectively addresses key pain points.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. This includes defining product positioning, messaging, and launch plans to maximize product adoption and success.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years previous experience managing product management in Network Security domain.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, technologies, and frameworks. Familiarity with DDoS protection, network security, intrusion detection/prevention, and threat mitigation technologies.
• Experience in SoC relevant platforms and Incident Response procedures
• Knowledge of cyber-attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and familiarity with TTPs and real-world cyber threats.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, and other core Internet protocols is essential. This includes understanding how these protocols operate, their vulnerabilities, and how they can be secured.
• Excellent understanding of application-based cyber threats and mitigation techniques
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate technical details effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
