Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to work in a dynamic and lively work environment in a strategic location at the Wix Campus. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
• Assist colleagues with a range of administrative tasks
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
• Answer, forward, and screen phone calls
• Provide excellent customer service
  
  

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Fantastic multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly motivated and good at working with people
• You must have a customer service attitude, meaning you’re positive and empathetic, communicate effectively, understand your customers, and are proactive
