2509 - Operations Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead with extensive technological knowledge, to lead a significant team at the forefront of technological operations of mobile and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in Android content and communication systems.
• Delivering products to users, including management and control process.
• Manage filed operations, including: maintenance and mobile support.
• Technical support: resolving technical issues and assisting users at the T1\T2.
• Optimize operational processes to improve team efficiency.

Qualification

• At least 3 years experience in T1 support\operations roles.
• Experience as team lead\management role
• Technological training or experience working in communications, cyber or mobile.
• Understanding of operations principles and processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify problems and measure performance.
• Experience working with ERP\CRM systems.
