PC Technician and Technical Support

A leading IT services and cybersecurity company is looking for a Field PC Technician and Technical Support Specialist. We provide advanced technological solutions to a wide range of business clients across the country, specializing in IT services, cybersecurity, multimedia, and the setup of smart rooms. Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, integration, and management of IT projects at client sites.
• Providing technical solutions in computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on PCs, servers, and network devices (modems, routers, and printers).
• Technical support for end users, including user management in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Diagnosing and resolving network issues, file server problems, and printer malfunctions.
• On-site technical support tailored to client requirements, ensuring high availability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a PC technician in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (7/8/10/11), MacOS, and servers (2008/2012/2016/2019).
• Proven experience in operating system installations and troubleshooting user and network device issues.
• Proficiency in Active Directory (user management, GPO) and Office 365 solutions.
• Experience with networking protocols and resolving network-related issues.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSE, or equivalent) – a significant advantage.
• Strong English skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
