Project Manager

We are looking for Systems analyst and CRM dynamics project manager

Job description:

Characterization and analysis of CRM dynamics systems from the stage of defining the requirements to assimilation by the users.

Working with a wide variety of interfaces in IT, with an emphasis on creating end-to-end integrations.

Working closely with the developers, including prioritizing tasks, monitoring the execution of the tasks.

Working closely with customers, creating an infrastructure of trust and cooperation.

Leading the applied part of the project, writing specifications, ensuring high-level documentation in front of the customers, the development teams and parallel teams.

• Managing system maintenance after going live.

Significant experience in characterizing and analyzing CRM dynamics systems (at least three years) - mandatory

Hands-on experience in the application of CRM dynamics (at least two years or more) - a must

Experience in cloud projects - a must

Experience in upgrade projects - a significant advantage

Work in large organizations and project companies and in a complex process environment.
