Senior Security Scrum Master

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid - 2 days on-site)

The Role: As a Senior Scrum Master at Cybereason, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and maturing our agile development processes across our global R&D organization. You will be responsible for guiding multiple teams through their agile journey, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Working within the dynamic cybersecurity industry, you will help drive the development of cutting-edge security solutions while ensuring efficient and effective delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and refinement of agile methodologies across multiple R&D teams, focusing on establishing consistent practices while maintaining flexibility for team-specific needs
• Coach and mentor over 100 team members across different regions in agile principles, practices, and mindset
• Facilitate all Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.) across multiple teams, ensuring high engagement and productivity
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, coordinating with stakeholders across different organizational levels and regions
• Drive the maturation of existing agile processes, including implementing metrics and feedback loops for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Leads to ensure proper backlog management and refinement
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels between distributed teams and stakeholders
• Guide teams in improving estimation, velocity tracking, and delivery predictability
• Create and maintain agile process documentation and training materials
• Facilitate cross-team dependencies and coordination in a complex R&D environment
• Monitor team health and morale, implementing interventions when necessary
• Support organizational change management initiatives related to agile transformation
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years leading multiple teams simultaneously
• Experience with Nexus, LeSS, SAFe and/or other scaled agile frameworks
• Experience with agile coaching and implementing agile development frameworks
• Strong familiarity with agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar), methodologies, and best practices
• 2+ years working in cybersecurity (from private or public sectors)
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English

• Advanced certification in Scrum (PSM II, CSP, or equivalent)

• Basic understanding of ransomware, malware and desktop risks
