R&D Team Lead

We are growing fast and looking for a motivated and skilled Development Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a talented group of developers focused on building and enhancing the connectivity layer for SysAid customers. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring seamless product adaptation and exceptional usability for our users.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a cross-functional R&D team, including backend developers and automation engineers.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Customer Care teams to deliver an intuitive, customer-friendly product.
• Work alongside R&D management, contributing as an active and collaborative team member to drive innovation and strategic goals.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
• Optimize development workflows and processes to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience
• 3+ years of team management experience, enabling you to guide both design and execution.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Practical experience with AWS services and solutions.
• Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices.
• B.Sc. in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
