Application Security Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Security Lead to join us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development projects and teams to implement secure coding practices and educate them about application security principles.
• Review and enhance security controls within the software development lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Identify and mitigate risks related to web application vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, cross-site scripting, cross-site request forgery, etc.).
• Help define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across applications.
• Contribute to the creation of security documentation, including security guidelines, threat models, and vulnerability management reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in application security, developing software securely
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are a plus
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and languages (e.g., Java, Python, C/C++, JavaScript)
• Experience with code security tools such as DAST, SATS, or similar tools
• Good understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, SSDLC methodologies
• Experience with ON-PREM AND CLOUD environment (mainly AZURE)
• Familiarity with industry and international standards and compliance requirements- ISO27001, NIST, OWASP
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
