Junior Customer Success & support

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Technical Support professional to join our team at MECKANO, a leading company in time attendance solutions. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support for our SaaS platform, ensuring that customers receive the help they need to successfully utilize our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our time attendance SaaS platform.
• Offer guidance and training to users on how to effectively use the system.
• Assist customers with system configuration, account management, and integration with other tools.
• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and common issues.
• Work closely with the product development team to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Provide training sessions and product demos for new users and customers, ensuring they understand how to make the most of our platform.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to provide ongoing support as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Hebrew, both written and spoken.
• Availability for a full-time position
• driver's license is required
