Fashion Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Development Manager to lead our global development processes. This is a key leadership role within our company, involving cross-functional collaboration across Israel, China, and the USA. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all global development processes across the company.
• Identify and optimize development workflows, and establish work procedures in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Manage and mentor a multinational team, including recruitment, training, and ongoing development of employees.
• Oversee daily operations between teams in Israel, China, and the USA, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with design, sourcing, production, and quality assurance teams to bring products from concept to completion.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and oversee production processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background and familiarity with the fashion industry – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading global teams.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel frequently to China for business purposes.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
