Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Specialist at DOKKA. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills to address customer needs, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Multitasking
- Experience in handling customer relationships and inquiries
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot efficiently
- Prior knowledge in using or supporting SaaS softwares - would be a plus
- Prior knowledge in ERP or CRM systems - would be a plus
