We are hiring a Lead System Engineer for our facility within the Missile Systems and Space Division.

What will you do:

  • Serve as the chief systems engineer within the business unit overseeing all interceptors in the family, covering hardware, mechanics, algorithms, software, and aeronautical sciences.
  • Collaborate with the management team to jointly lead all development, production, and customer support processes.
  • Conduct matrix management with system engineers, engineering experts in various disciplines, and customers.
  • Define performance requirements.
  • Specify, characterize, and manage system-level requirements and allocate them to subsystems.
  • Define design verification processes, and lead engineering efforts for design and testing processes.
  • Identify future improvements and establish the product roadmap.
  • Provide technical support for marketing the system domestically and internationally.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Physics – Mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of engineering development experience in aeronautical, mechanical, electronics, or software engineering – Mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering – Mandatory.
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems, including structure, electronics, and software – Mandatory.
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary systems involving flight and/or rocket propulsion – Advantage.
  • Familiarity with air defense or missile defense systems – Advantage.
