Director of finance for global company (Nasdaq traded startup)- 3158

Job Description:

As the leader of the finance team, you will manage the financial reporting to the NASDAQ and accounting activities. This position reports to the CEO and assumes a strategic role.

This position oversees the accounting and operational matters of the company and subsidiaries abroad.

Willing to work in Executive position as part of the management team, overtime hours and late hours (including Friday) as required with US activities

Qualifications and Requirements:

 CPA, BA in Accounting or Finance

 Proven experience as Director of Finance or Senior Controller

 Experience with Nasdaq traded company- Highly preferred

 Experience of working in a world wide team

 Experience in consolidation, IFRS

 Experience with 20F, F1, 6K, 8K- Highly preferred

 English - Fluent writing and speaking.

 High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-

orientation.

 High-level of knowledge and accounting practice.
