Pharmaceutical Product Release Manager (QA) 3272

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Release Manager to lead a quality assurance team and uphold the highest standards of product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the QA team, including task delegation, employee training, and activity coordination.
• Oversee the management of quality records, including abnormalities, corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform QA oversight for factory departments.
• Determine and implement quality policies related to production files, packaging, visual inspections, and batch releases.
• Participate in audits by regulatory bodies and clients.
• Serve as the QA representative in cross-functional forums and projects.

Qualifications:

Management experience: At least 3 years of leadership in a pharmaceutical QA environment

(mandatory).

Regulatory expertise: In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations is essential.

• Experience in managing quality records, conducting internal inspections, performing QA oversight.
• Proven ability to draft and implement quality policy documents.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, biochemistry,

chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy.

Skills:

• High-level proficiency in English (written and oral communication).
• Strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
