What You Will Do:

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee and actively participate in every stage of project development, including:

• R&D, design, and project development: Lead innovative solutions from concept to execution.
• Tender management: Oversee procurement processes, select suppliers, and manage contracts.
• Supplier management and quality control: Ensure high-quality deliverables by coordinating with vendors and monitoring standards.
• Project installation and O&M supervision: Manage on-site activities and ensure the smooth operation of systems.
• Licensing management: Handle all project licensing requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Documentation: Prepare high-level project documents and client presentations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Company’s engineering teams to advance project development.
• Client engagement: Support the Business Development department by preparing technical information and providing insights to potential customers.
• Budget and timeline management: Keep projects on track and within budget, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering – MUST.

Language Skills:

Highly proficient in English, with native-level writing – MUST.

Proficiency in Russian – a significant advantage.

Experience and Skills:

Proven track record of 3+ years in project management, preferably in renewable energy.

Proficiency in SolidWorks – MUST.

Experience in hydraulics – a significant advantage.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Other Requirements:

Readiness for occasional travel abroad.

Passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
