We are looking for a Director of Strategic Programs to join our Strategy team. In this role, you will oversee key cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion, working closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of strategic projects. You’ll be responsible for translating high-level business goals into practical, measurable plans and tracking progress through key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross company initiatives, overarching the entire program life cycle
• Partner effectively across departments and work closely with managers across the company to manage and execute strategic projects
• Develop and track progress against annual business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), translating strategic goals into actionable operational plans
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive actionable insights. Communicate these findings effectively to leadership through compelling presentations and project management tools
• Lead time-sensitive strategic projects, excelling in ambiguous situations. You will prioritize the scope and approach to ensure a successful resolution
• Support executive communications and engagements, playing a key role in shaping the agendas for executive meetings
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and inform strategic decision-making
• Champion the "Business" perspective within cross-functional roadmaps and major projects
• Design and implement best practices in program management, streamlining processes and driving efficiency across the organization
  
  

• 4-6 years experience in similar roles such as Program Management, Business Operations, Strategic Initiatives, Chief of Staff, PMO, Consulting
• Superior project management skills, critical thinking & problem-solving skills, and understanding of strategic frameworks & concepts
• Experience in a SaaS hi-tech company – A Must
• Amazing communications skills, people person, and ability to move mountains without authority
• Ability to digest large volumes of information and synthesize key takeaways
• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously to structure & solve strategic problems
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand link technical, financial, product and commercial aspects of the business
• Experience in B2B cybersecurity – Advantage
• Ability to work in English
