We are looking for an outstanding student to join our architecture group, to be part of a team of extraordinary people that craft the next generation of datacenter’s NICs and DPUs. You’ll work closely with software architects, software developers and hardware designers. Our mission is to push the frontiers of what is possible today and define the platforms of tomorrow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with software engineers and architects, virtualization, various OSs, handling networking protocols, consider cyber security, define management and services to define component-level and system-level solutions.
• Define, design and extend DOCA, NVIDIA’s SDK for DPUs, for internal use as well as for customers’ application integration.
• Research, code and simulate proof of concept models.
  
  

What We Need To See

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. student in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Independent problem solver and a teammate (there’s no contradiction here!) that can also easily switch between tasks.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, development methodologies, deep dive into new domains and tackle complex problems.
• Clear and concise communication and presentation skills.
  
  

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Knowledge in networking, Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, datacenters, protocols.
• Previous internship experience.
• Experience with Linux kernel, upstream community, device drivers, large scale computing.
• Previous experience in performing software architecture.
