Role Summary:

We are seeking a CPA with expertise in PCAOB audits. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB standards, and SEC reporting, coupled with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and oversee PCAOB-compliant audits.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend control improvements.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve audit issues.
• Stay current on PCAOB and SEC regulations.
• Test internal controls and ensure SOX compliance – advantageous.

Qualifications:

• CPA license – preferred.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or related field.
• 2-5 years of audit experience, including PCAOB engagements.
• Proficiency in audit software (Thompson Reuters) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with public companies or large audit firms.
• PCAOB-registered firms have an advantage with leading accounting firms
• Knowledge of data analytics tools.
