Requirements:

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role (TAM or similar) in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in APIs, troubleshooting, and databases - mandatory
• Proven success managing complex US-based projects and working with global teams.
• Fluent English, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for client relationships.
• Willingness to partially work US hours and provide occasional on-call support.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or customer engagement is a big plus!
