A startup company in the healthcare field has developed a platform that serves as a marketplace for medical services in the U.S., connecting three key players: patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers clinics, hospitals, and doctors.

Thanks to the algorithm developed by the company, it precisely matches users in the system, ensuring optimal alignment, speed, and cost savings.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, offers two days of remote work per week, and has 140 employees.

About the role-

• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces with modern technologies.
• Lead front-end infrastructure initiatives, applying JavaScript/TypeScript best practices, performance optimization techniques, and security principles.
• Write clean, efficient code with a focus on comprehensive test coverage.
• Own the full lifecycle of your features, from development to deployment.
• Act as a technical point of contact and support the external developers through the implementation process.
• Mentoring peers and driving innovation within your domain.

Requirements-

• 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a deep understanding of front-end development best practices.
• Expertise in Java Script with a strong track record of building scalable, high-quality solutions.
• A background in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally from tier-one technical startups, with a focus on enterprise software and technical leadership.
