IDE is looking for a talented Controller to join our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Significant hands-on responsibilities across all financial aspects of the group's activity
• Group's foreign subsidiaries quarterly / annual financial reporting packages.
• On-going intercompany transactions monitoring.
• Periodic foreign subsidiaries compliance and reporting.
• On-going local and foreign taxation including tax reports preparation.
• Planning and participating in the annual financial budget process.

Location: Kadima

Reports to: Finance Director

Job Requirements:

• CPA - a Must
• At least 3 years' experience in Big4 - a Must
• Experience as a Controller in a global industrial company - Advantage
• Proven experience handling complex international tax transactions and transfer pricing
• Solid knowledge of IFRS
• Due diligence, merger/acquisition & business integration experience
• English – full proficiency
