Bookkeeper for a Global Company – No prior Experience Required! Tel Aviv, Near Train Station

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a fast-growing global startup in Tel Aviv. This position is open to candidates without prior experience

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for issuing invoices to the company’s B2B clients.
• Managing payroll processes.
• Preparing regular reports for tax authorities and year-end summaries.
• Ongoing coordination with an external accounting firm in Israel and the company’s bookkeeping team in Europe.
• 80% bookkeeping, 20% administrative tasks.
• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, based at the company’s Tel Aviv office, conveniently located near Hashalom train station and Shderot Yehudit metro station.

Requirements

• Graduate of a bookkeeping course or nearing completion – highly advantageous!
• Administrative experience (including military service) – advantageous!
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork skills within a global environment.
