Tech Lead (Hands-On, Flutter Expertise)

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will lead the development of both iOS and Android mobile applications and oversee technical aspects of product development. You will work closely with product and design teams to build innovative, mobile-first solutions, utilizing your expertise in Flutter to ensure high-quality, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Mobile Development: Take ownership of mobile development across both iOS and Android, leveraging your expertise in Flutter to build powerful, performant apps.
• Hands-On Coding & Architecture: Contribute directly to the codebase, ensuring clean, efficient, and scalable code. Design and implement robust architecture for mobile applications.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to ensure alignment between the product vision and technical execution.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Implement best practices in mobile development, continuously optimizing and evolving our Flutter-based solutions.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
• Mobile Product Strategy: Contribute to mobile-first product strategies, ensuring that our mobile apps empower students' creativity and enhance learning experiences.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure that the product is built with scalability and performance in mind, optimizing for global use across diverse markets.

Requirements:

• Hands-On Experience with Flutter: Expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining mobile apps using Flutter for both iOS and Android.
• Extensive Mobile Development Experience: Strong background in mobile app development for both iOS and Android, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Experience in Product Development: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, developing mobile-first products from ideation to launch.
• Tech Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, providing technical leadership and mentorship to a growing team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product managers, designers, and other teams.
• Passion for EdTech: An interest in educational technology and a desire to create impactful tools that enhance students’ creativity and learning experiences.
• Familiarity with AI Integration: Experience in integrating AI-driven features into mobile applications is a plus.
• Experience in Global Markets: Understanding of how to build scalable products for diverse, international audiences is a bonus.
