Role Overview: As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. You’ll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests.

Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Address guest concerns and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Fluent in Hebrew and English (additional languages are a bonus).

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
