Recruitment and Staffing:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard instructors, coordinators, and subject matter experts.
• Strategically assign resources to programs based on expertise and availability.

Project Prioritization and Management:

• Plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple educational projects simultaneously.
• Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and budgets to meet project goals.

Execution and Monitoring:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless program implementation.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.

Reporting and Evaluation:

• Track program performance metrics and prepare comprehensive project reports.
• Gather and implement client feedback for continuous improvement.

Innovation and Problem-Solving:

• Stay updated on trends in education and technology to create cutting-edge programs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the education sector.
