GivingTech is a unique FinTech company, provided technology and fundraising solutions for non-profit organizations in Israel and around the world. As we expand our reach globally, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist at GivingTech, you will play a crucial role in growing our online presence and building meaningful connections with our non-profit clients. You will drive digital marketing efforts, create engaging community campaigns, manage social media and PPC campaigns, create newsletter content, and support our mission to inspire giving through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that resonate with non-profit audiences and drive measurable results.
- Content Creation & Newsletters: Develop compelling content for weekly HTML newsletters and other channels, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with GivingTech’s mission and brand, and properly formatted HTML code.
- Social Media & PPC Advertising: Execute targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, aiming to maximize engagement and attract new non-profit partners.
- Manage and Collect Client Data and Leads: Engage in data and lead collection, and managing client and lead data using internal CRMs and Salesforce.
- Contractor Coordination: Oversee the work of external contractors, including designers, writers, and developers, ensuring quality output and timely project delivery.
- Analytics & Improvement: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts continuously.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on content creation, data management, and email marketing, ideally within the technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in HTML for crafting and styling email newsletters.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate with external vendors.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive results and inform decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and email marketing programs.
- Experience in the non-profit sector or a strong interest in supporting social impact initiatives.
- Creativity, initiative, and a mission-driven approach to marketing.
