Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Build: Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for large-scale, distributed systems.
• Infrastructure-as-Code: Utilize tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and CDK to automate infrastructure deployment.
• Cloud Mastery: Manage and scale cloud environments with a primary focus on AWS (experience with Azure and GCP is a plus).
• Streaming Expertise: Deploy and maintain real-time video streaming systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Security First: Implement security best practices for data and services in multi-region environments, ensuring compliance and reliability.
• Automation Excellence: Create automation scripts in Bash and Python to enhance system monitoring, scaling, and performance management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and deployment of new features.
• Ownership: Lead projects end-to-end, from conception through deployment and ongoing monitoring, continually refining processes and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-5 years in managing large-scale, distributed systems, especially in environments requiring high reliability and scalability.
• Expertise: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Streaming Skills: Experience with real-time video streaming deployment and management is a significant advantage.
• Security Awareness: Strong grasp of security principles and best practices, particularly for working with public-sector organizations.
• Scripting Skills: Advanced knowledge of Bash and Python for automation.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly, with a creative approach to challenges.
• Teamwork: Exceptional communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Pressure-Ready: Experience working under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments, with the flexibility to meet immediate operational needs.
