User Experience Lead

Skyhawk Security is looking for a User Experience Lead to join our growing team.

Within the scope of this role, you’ll be designing the user experience of a quickly evolving innovative cloud security service. You will play a key role in bringing raw ideas to life and turning complex tasks into functional and appealing features that address the needs of our users, from DevOps engineers to C-level managers. You’ll closely collaborate with product managers, security researchers and developers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day:

·       Gather and evaluate user requirements in close collaboration with product managers and engineers

·       Conceptualize intuitive product experience and define process flows

·       Develop prototypes and mockups to illustrate functionality and design ideas

·       Evolve features and concepts in an Agile product development environment

·       Communicate recommendations, rationalize design decisions, and advocate for users’ needs

·       Conduct UX research activities

·       Build and maintain a design system

What we expect of you:

·       6+ years of professional experience in User Experience design for B2B Web products 

·       Good logical analysis capabilities and high attention to details

·       Ability to work independently on your own as well as in a team

·       Ability to work in a changing dynamic environment 

·       Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders

·       Experience in creating and maintaining design systems

·       Proficiency in Figma

·       Familiarity with working in Agile principles

·       Academic Degree in a relevant field

We would be lucky if you have:

·       Previous experience with UX design for cyber security products – a big advantage
