Delivery and Projects Manager - AI and Data (Hybrid: One Day from Home)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery and Project Manager specializing in AI and Data to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in ensuring the

successful delivery of AI and data-driven projects while fostering strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of proven experience in project delivery, a strong technical foundation in computer science, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Work on a multidisciplinary projects, cutting edge technology and develop a leading product in the field of AI based on a wide range of advanced algorithms, LLM models, image processing and computer vision and voice analysis.

The position includes working closely with our R&D manger, product manger and all development group that includes dozens of engineers in various fields and requires high management and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management and Delivery:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and data projects, from initiation to delivery.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress effectively.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and analysts, to

ensure successful project execution.

2. Customer Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are

met.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues

promptly.

• Translate customer needs into actionable deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.

3. AI and Data Strategy:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to define and implement AI and data strategies.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and data technologies to drive innovation.

• Ensure that project outcomes align with the organization’s overall AI and data vision.

4. Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their technical and professional

growth.• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

5. Performance and Reporting:

• Regularly report project progress, risks, and successes to the CEO and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

• Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in delivering complex AI and data-driven projects.

• Strong track record of working directly with customers and managing relationships at various levels.

• Technical Expertise:

• Solid understanding of AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and data analysis

methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile,

Scrum).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and data infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Skills:

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-

technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
