• Elevate our digital presence with SEO enhancements and website improvements.
• Implement technical optimizations (AI) to boost our digital performance.
• Collaborate with the team, bringing new ideas and energy to the table.
• Independently manage the digital marketing direction as the primary specialist in this area (there’s no dedicated department).

Leverage external freelancers for specific tasks, as needed, in agreement with your manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role - we value enthusiasm and a desire to grow over years of expertise.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the willingness to experiment with integrating them into our workflows.
• A creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• A proactive attitude, team spirit, and an eagerness to develop professionally.
