תחומי אחריות:

• ניהול צוות הנהלת חשבונות (לפחות 3 מנהלי/ות חשבונות).
• אחריות על דיווחים חודשיים ושנתיים לרשויות.
• סגירת תקופה ודוחות כספיים חודשיים, רבעונים ושנתיים.
• ביצוע התאמות ספקים, בנקים והתאמות בין-חברתיות.
• ניהול מערך תשלומים והבטחת עמידה בלוחות זמנים.
• בקרה ועריכת משכורות למעל 100 עובדים.
• הטמעת תהליכי עבודה ובקרות פיננסיות.
• עבודה עם מערכת Oracle NetSuite .
• שיפור וייעול תהליכים פיננסיים.

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים כמנהל/ת חשבונות.
• תעודת הנהלת חשבונות סוג 3 או יועץ מס – חובה.
• ניסיון ניהולי הכולל ניהול של לפחות 3 מנהלי/ות חשבונות – חובה.
• ניסיון בעבודה בחברה בינלאומית – חובה .
• ידע וניסיון בעריכת משכורות – תעודת חשב שכר.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכתOracle NetSuite - יתרון .
• שליטה מלאה ב-Excel – חובה.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (דיבור וכתיבה).

Responsibilities:

• Managing an accounting team of at least three accountants.
• Overseeing monthly and annual reporting to authorities.
• Period-end closings and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Performing reconciliations for suppliers, banks, and intercompany accounts.
• Managing payment process and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Processing and Preparing payrolls for over 100 ee’.
• Implementing and improving work processes and financial controls.
• Utilizing Oracle NetSuite to streamline.
• optimize financial processes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an accountant.
• Certified in Accounting Level 3 or a licensed Tax Advisor – mandatory.
• Proven managerial experience, leading a team of at least three accountants – mandatory.
• Experience working in an international company – a must.
• Proficiency in payroll preparation and processes – Payroll controller diploma – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite – an advantage .
• Advanced proficiency in Excel – mandatory.
• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written) .
