We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payments & Fraud Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing payment operations and mitigating fraudulent activity within an online gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and detect fraudulent activities and users.
Analyze activity patterns to identify suspicious behavior and potential risks.

Conduct thorough investigations of user accounts and transactions.

Process payments in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and optimize workflows.

Coordinate with third-party service providers to address and resolve issues efficiently.

Spending most of the day at a comfortable desk, managing payments and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

A degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Mathematics, or any other quantitative field.

Alternatively: Relevant professional experience in payments, fraud prevention, or a related domain.

Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
