Operations & Employee Experience Manager

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

● In charge of employee experience plan e.g. happy hours, work trips, and events.

● Manage day-to-day office operations, such as ordering food and other supplies, managing cleaning services, etc.

● Respond to office issues and employee requests.

● Perform other operational duties and lead ad-hoc company special projects, as needed.

● Work closely with the founders of the company.

Qualifications

● 3+ years of professional work experience as an Operations Manager / Employee Experience Manager at a tech company.

● Past experience in a startup or a tech company.

● Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Multitasking skills and excellent time management skills.

● Thinking outside of the box, solving problems independently, and getting things done.

● Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
