Responsibilities:

• Daily initiated activity contacting customers who stop their business activity.
• Manage and answer inquiries regarding how to use our business portal & App.
• Solving online problems for customers.
• Increasing % of riding accounts.
• Reducing churn rate.

• Experience as a Service and Sales Representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on empathy and building rapport.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
