We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented B2B Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will proactive contact with customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Responsibilities:

Daily initiated activity contacting customers who stop their business activity.
Manage and answer inquiries regarding how to use our business portal & App.
Solving online problems for customers.
Increasing % of riding accounts.
Reducing churn rate.
Delivering daily statistics as directed by the manager.

Requirements:

Experience as a Service and Sales Representative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on empathy and building rapport.
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
