Job Definition: Corporate Venture Capital Associate

Salary for The Position: 32,000 – 33,000 ILS  

Geographical Location: Hof HaCarmel, Matam Park, Haifa, Northern District, Israel

Scope of Work: Full Time and Permanent

Hybrid Model: 2 Days from Home | 3 Days from Office

What Will You Do

• Member of investment team.
• Work closely with Experienced Venture Capitalists and other professionals to identify and evaluate potential investments in innovative startups and new technologies.
• Sourcing new investment opportunities and relevant leads.
• Assist with all stages of deal executions, preparing investment memos, and conducting due diligence, and reporting.
• Identify and evaluate potential investments in innovative startups and new technologies using.
• financial models and market research.
• Interpreting financial statements and using them to make predictions about the viability and growth potential of potential investments.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs and other industry professionals.
• Prepare marketing materials and content.
• Sourcing of new leads of potential investments.
• Preparation of new High Quality content for marketing.  

What is Required of You

• Proven Work Experience in the field of Venture Capital – Must.
• Proven Work Experience in Investment Fund – Must.
• Proven Work Experience in Investment Support – Must.
• Proven Work Experience in Financial Sector Such as Strategic Consulting Or Venture Capital – Must.
• Fluent of Business English, both written and verbal – Must.
• High Ability to Write Research and Marketing Materials in English – Must.
• Knowledge or Experience with Logistics Field – Advantage.
• Willingness to Travel Abroad 2 Times in One Year.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
