Legal counsel (replacement for maternity leave)

In This Position

We are looking for a junior associate to join our legal team as a legal counsel. This is a temporary position starting on February 2025, for maternity leave cover. As our Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice on various matters and will work with different teams within our company. You will be reporting to our VP Business Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our VP Business Operations and our external counsels (in Israel and abroad) on a wide variety of legal matters and agreements: licensing, distribution, terms of sale, terms of use, NDAs, services agreements etc.
• Advise on labor law and employment related issues.
• Create and maintain standard templates, contracts database, business processes and internal policies.
• Maintain the Company's corporate and legal records, including RoC reports.
• Provide internal legal support to different teams within the company, in reviewing and advising on agreements with consultants and suppliers.
• Support the Company’s subsidiaries operational procedures and regulations.
  
  

• LLB degree, member of the Israeli Bar.
• Commercial lawyer with 2-3 years' experience from a high-tech company or a leading law firm.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate and employment law.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a fast-paced business environment.
• Super organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
