Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a can-do attitude to join our TA team.

This role involves managing full-cycle global recruitment across diverse positions.

Responsibilities:

• Managing full-cycle global recruitment processes across diverse roles and geographies.
• Proactively sourcing and hunting candidates using LinkedIn and other tools, employing creative strategies to find top global talent.
• Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring effective and seamless recruitment processes.
• Engaging with candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  
  

• Proven experience in full-cycle global recruitment across various role types, within a tech company.
• Strong “hunter” mindset with exceptional sourcing skills and in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with ATS platforms (Comeet experience is a plus).
• Independent and accountable, with the ability to take full ownership of recruitment processes.
• A genuine passion for recruitment, with strong skills in building relationships with candidates.
• Willingness to work fully on-site from our offices in Poleg.
