About our technology

Scopio Labs has secured FDA clearance for its Full-Field Peripheral Blood Smear Application, and Scopio technology is in commercial use at hospitals and labs in the US, Europe, and Israel. Scopio is growing fast to drive the development of new applications and is expanding our team of software developers.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Team Lead to spearhead the development of our future clinical and AI-based applications. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of developers, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and cutting-edge solutions that directly impact patient care. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end features for clinical and AI-driven applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering professional growth and maintaining high performance.
• Collaborate closely with product and research teams to define and implement new features that align with business objectives.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through code reviews, best practices, and modern development methodologies.
• Oversee the integration of complex web applications with large user bases.
• Optimize application performance and reliability within Dockerized ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 3 years as a full-stack developer, including leadership or mentorship roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Deep expertise in React, Redux, and Node.js.
• Expertise in Python
• Strong experience with Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Advantage - Proficiency in AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Sequelize ORM and Material UI is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• People management experience at least 3 years
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
