מוביל/ת יישומי מערכות - Salesforce Applications Lead

תיאור תפקיד:

א. אפיון, ניתוח, פיתוח ויישום מערכות המידע המנהליות בסביבת Salesforce.

ב. אחריות לתפעול ותחזוקת מערכות המידע: מעקב אחר תקינות המערכות, טיפול בתקלות, הגדרת משתמשים, עדכון גרסאות וכו'.

ג. אחריות לתכנון וניהול הפעילות והמשימות: תכנון תקציב המערכות, תיעדוף, ניהול לוח זמנים ויישום בהתאם להחלטות וצרכי היחידות.

ד. ניהול קשר שוטף עם כל ספק Salesforce: פיקוח ומעקב אחר ביצוע עבודתם, עמידה בלוח זמנים וטיפול בדרישות יחידות האוניברסיטה.

ה. ייזום וניהול פרויקטי פיתוח של מערכות מידע ותת מערכות חדשות, ליווי הטמעתן ותחזוקתן.

ו. סיוע בתחומי פעילות המחלקה.

ז. ביצוע מטלות נוספות בהנחיית הממונה.

ח. כפיפות: מנהל מחלקת מערכות מידע.

דרישות התפקיד:

א. תואר אקדמי ראשון בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול או בהנדסת מערכות מידע או בהנדסת תוכנה או מדעי המחשב, או תואר ראשון במדעי ההנדסה או במדעי הטבע.

ב. ניסיון של 3 שנים בתחומים רלוונטיים.

ג. ניסיון בניהול ובניתוח מערכות מידע מנהליות.

ד. ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים בתחום מערכות מידע במיקור חוץ וכן פנים ארגוני.

ה. שליטה בשפה האנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד.

ו. ניסיון עבודה עם מערכות Salesforce.

We Are Hiring: Salesforce Applications Lead

Information Systems Department

IT and Cybersecurity Division

Job Description:

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement administrative information systems in a Salesforce environment.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of information systems, including monitoring system health, troubleshooting, user management, version updates, etc.
• Plan and manage activities and tasks, including system budget planning, prioritization, scheduling, and implementation based on organizational needs and decisions.
• Maintain regular communication with Salesforce vendors, supervising and monitoring their work to ensure timelines and requirements are met.
• Initiate and manage development projects for new information systems and subsystems, including overseeing their implementation and maintenance.
• Provide support in other departmental activities as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the department head.

Reporting to: Head of the Information Systems Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in managing and analyzing administrative information systems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce systems.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects, both outsourced and in-house.
• Strong proficiency in English.
