Job Description:

A global company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Full time job + overtime.

Possibility of a hybrid job.

Location: Center region, Israel

Responsibilities:

• Financial planning and analysis of all the company's activities, both in the economic and the business aspects.
• Building a budget and control for the company's units and managing supporting processes to decide based on analytical knowledge.
• Building sales forecasts for the various products in the company.
• Analysis of profitability, operating expenses, sales, and compliance with established goals.
• In-depth analysis of trends and processes and business consulting for the various units in the company.
• Leading processes for continuous improvement and efficiency of business activity.
• Broad activity with senior managers in the company, initiating processes for business improvement and various controls, harnessing managers to meet targets and proper financial planning of the unit.
• Matrix work with all units and department managers.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in economics/accounting - mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in an FP&A role in a global company - mandatory
• Financial experience in commercial companies
• Business orientation
• Good interpersonal interaction
• Ability to promote processes independently
• English at a high level - mandatory
• High mastery of Excel - mandatory
• High power bi control
