Dynamics 365 CRM System Analyst

Job Description:

• Writing complex specification documents, including addressing the functional aspect, system integration, and ERD diagrams.
• Analyzing requirements from stakeholders, investigating the current state, diving into details, understanding the business needs, and identifying gaps and needs.
• Managing work interfaces with relevant project stakeholders, with the ability to drive and guide them professionally, including direct communication with the development team and overseeing the testing process.

Job Requirements:

• At least two years of experience writing specification documents for Dynamics 365 (High-level & Detail design).
• Experience in writing complex specifications in a multi-process environment.
• Ability to work independently as part of a team, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation.
• Experience in long-term savings/financial organizations – an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with implementing Dynamics 365 – an advantage.
• Relevant academic degree/system analysis course – an advantage.
