Staff Product Manager

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive and scale our Revenue Management product offering. In this role, you will define and execute our solutions for small, medium, and large businesses globally.

We need a Product Manager ready to tackle the challenge of guiding an early-stage B2B2C product toward market fit, delivering exceptional user experiences, and achieving the ambitious goal of becoming the market leader. You will define and implement product strategy, set and measure key results, and ensure the team stays focused on driving growth-oriented outcomes.

As an experienced PM, you will seamlessly balance big-picture strategy with hands-on detail, knowing when to lead broad initiatives and when to refine the user experience. This heavily UX-driven, self-serve product requires a leader who understands complex interface products and can navigate the full journey—from idea to validated, scalable solution.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy: Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both desktop and mobile platforms to achieve ambitious business goals and reach market fit
• Drive iterative development: Lead the team in building, testing, and refining the product, with a focus on ensuring a seamless user experience across both desktop and mobile interfaces
• Engage with management: Collaborate closely with executive management to align product strategy with company objectives and provide regular strategic updates
• Data-driven decision making: Establish KPIs, analyze data, and use insights to drive decision-making and ensure alignment with key results
• Cross-functional leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other product teams to deliver value constantly and iteratively

Who you are

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, particularly with early-stage products, from inception through to achieving market fit, with a strong track record of setting ambitious product strategies and roadmaps
• Experience with UI-heavy, self-serve products on desktop, responsive and native platforms, with a user-centric approach that includes an eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Data expertise and strategic thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track success metrics, and use data to make informed decisions. Able to interpret data and connect it to high-level business goals
• Experience working with Agile development teams and leveraging experimentation, A/B testing, and user insights to inform product decisions and foster continuous iteration
• Strong ability to navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, 
• Demonstrated experience in working effectively with executive management for alignment and communicating complex ideas clearly
• Leadership and collaboration: Proven experience mentoring product managers, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating across marketing, design, engineering, and operations. Strong communication, presentation skills, and a collaborative nature
• Team player who can also take independent initiative, comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced, iterative environment
