A leading Company in Tel-Aviv is seeking a highly-

skilled Bookkeeper to join our spectacular Finance Team.

Job Title: Bookkeeper

Department: Finance

Job Purpose: Assist The company with day to day bookkeeping requirements and

quarterly closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain accurate and up to date financial records

 Work in a multi-currency general ledger

 Process, verify and reconcile AP invoices, including preparing and

managing month end and mid-month payments

 Responsible for banks- transfers, payments, reconciliation, new

vendors creation

 Quarterly end process

 Billing and issuance of multi-currency invoices

 Record credit card transactions, invoices, payments, and monthly

reconciliation

 Perform other bookkeeping tasks as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

 Certified bookkeeper level 3

 Minimum 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper

 Previous experience in Priority- must

 Experience with a multi- currency environment

 Easy person to work with, high level of integrity, well-organized,

independent, team player, a “can-do” approach.

 Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

 Good Excel skills.
