Systems Management and Support Expert (TIER 2)

A leading company in Lod is seeking a Systems Management and Support Expert (TIER 2).

Job Description:

• Expert in management and support (TIER 2) for WEB and cloud-based systems in production environment
• Responsibilities include version and change management, complex troubleshooting, working with advanced monitoring tools, collaborating with internal and external teams for problem-solving and advanced support
• Guide and implement new projects and provide high-level support to first-line support and development teams

Requirements - Minimum 2 years experience in:

• Application management and Web services.
• Microsoft & Linux infrastructures.
• Managing cloud-based applications (SaaS, PaaS).
• Managing Kubernetes-based Micro Services.
• Managing WEB infrastructures based on IIS, WebSphere, Apache, and Tomcat.
• Managing Microsoft infrastructure based on Windows Servers.
• Authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM).
