Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee financial operations and reporting for the company.

 Prepare and implement strategies for the IPO process.

 Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

 Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning and strategy.

Requirements:

 Experience in Real Estate – Essential.

 Experience in a Public Company – Essential.

 Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

 Strong analytical and organizational skills.
