We are seeking a talented CloudOps Engineer.

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our DEVOPS/SRE team to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our cloud-based systems.

Overall, as a CloudOps Engineer, you will:

· Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure to meet organizational needs. Monitor and Troubleshoot: Continuously monitor cloud systems, identify issues, and implement solutions.

· Ensure Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

· Automation: Create scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.

· Backup and Recovery: Perform data backup and disaster recovery operations.

· Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud processes and tools.

· Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams.

· Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other IT professionals to enhance cloud capabilities.

· FinOps : create FinOps procedures that ensure AWS is operating within the desired buget.

Requirements:

· Proven experience with cloud platforms specipicly in AWS - Proven track record of creating alerts/metrics/obsevibilty procedures on AWS services

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similier certification

· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Not a must but great to have:

· Certifications in relevant cloud and infrastructure technologies.

· Experience with microservices architectures and service-oriented architectures.

· Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

· Knowledge of network security best practices.
