Brand Sentiment Analyst

We are seeking a Brand Sentiment Analyst to join our Cyber Threat Intelligence team for maternity leave replacement, with the potential for continued employment in a different role within the company. In this position, you will play a key role in leveraging cutting-edge technology and advanced threat intelligence methodologies to provide high-impact insights and briefings to Cyberint's customers.

Responsibilities:

As part of Cyberint's Cyber Threat Intelligence team, the Sentiment Analyst is a part-time position responsible for delivering online brand sentiment analysis reports to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing social media activities related to customers to identify sentiment trends and insights.
• Monitoring the customer’s online presence and performance on a monthly basis.
• Understanding the customer’s social KPIs and overall digital performance to offer relevant, data-driven recommendations.
• Providing advisory services that support and enhance the customer’s social media strategy and evolution.
• Utilizing out-of-the-box thinking to improve the customer’s brand image on social media, with a focus on marketing and public relations strategies.
  
  

• Availability to work at least 10 hours/week (great fit for students!)
• Prior experience managing social activity on social networks
• Experience in data analysis of trends based on large datasets
• Fluent English-speaker, excellent written English skills
• Excellent presentation skills
