Data Collection Coordinator (Part Time)

Syqe is a med-tech company developing technologies that enable the precise delivery of a wide range of therapeutic molecules by inhalation. Utilizing its breakthrough technology, Syqe aims to relieve the suffering of as many patients as possible as quickly as possible.

The Data Collector (Part-Time) will be responsible for collecting medical data from active patients using structured questionnaires as part of evaluating treatment outcomes with a medical device.

The role includes making phone calls to patients, building trust to encourage patients’ engagement in completing questionnaires at various follow-up points, and accurately documenting the collected information in a structured digital system (Clinical Dashboard).



Responsibilities:

• Contacting patients according to the research plan and predefined guidelines.
• Engaging patients for active participation in answering medical questionnaires.
• Completing structured and accurate questionnaires at different time points during the study period.
• Managing a patient follow-up schedule, including call reminders and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Documenting collected data in the research system in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Providing feedback and insights to the research team regarding challenges in the data collection process.
• Collaborating with the patient support nursing team and the clinical department manager.
  
  

• A student (Nursing, Medicine, or Biology studies).
• Experience working with patients, including explaining processes and gaining cooperation – an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, patience, and empathy.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and the ability to hold conversations in English – an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including data management and reporting software.
• Flexibility in working hours and the ability to work independently.
